At the Center it is also possible to book walks on horse and have information about the services and the events of the territory.

About 12 miles away from Gargano there are Tremiti Islands called "the Pearls of Gargano" for their uncontaminated beauty ; who doesn't know them, will be enchanted for their crystalline sea. Every day some boats leaving from the port of Vieste at 8:45 a.m. will carry you to Tremiti Islands, to come back in the afternoon. Umbra forest ("umbra" means shady), is a natural protected area in National Park of Gargano, the heart of it. In the forest you can visit: Park museum, Deer reserve, Umbra lake, Ancient charcoal-burners house; if you want have a pic-nic in the forest there are proper areas to do it and if you want to trek you can choose one of the many pathes.

la Salata is a naturalistc and archeoligical area managed by Agenzia Sinergie. It is a Paleocristian cimitery dated on 3th 4th century A.C., infact you can see many graves carved out in the rock. The whole is tucked away among the mediteranean vegetation with two streams inside. Monte S. Angelo is a suggestive place where you can visit the famous cathedral builded upon a caves where appared the archangel Gabriel. Then it became famous when the knights templare went there to fortify their own faith before embarking to go to Holy Land. Along the streets you can still see many craftsman working outside of their shops and also is possible to see a beautiful view of Mafredonia gulf .

In our Hotel you can buy tickets for the "Sea caves tour". Infact a minibus comes to our hotel at 8:15 a.m.,to pick up our guests. The tour lasts until 12:00 p.m. then the minibus will carry you back to the hotel.

San Giovanni Rotondo has become a tourist destination from all over the world thanks to Padre Pio. Inside the Monastery you can see Saint Pio's grave and then following a guided path you will know his life. Near the monastery you can also visit the new church builded by the famous Italian architect Renzo Piano .
