Ponte Hotel owes its name to the splendid place where is situated : south coast of Vieste, in the bay of Pizzomunno, at the foot of a suggestive rocky ridge that, just like a bridge, colleagues this bay to the following one "Portonuovo." Just on this rocky ridge once was a Saracen Tower, bild in the XVI century by Aragoneses to sight Saracens' boats, when they arrived from the sea to sack Vieste.
